Philosophy

Sarah believes that each person has intrinsic value, along with unique strengths, needs, and goals. She recognizes that life experiences and external influences shape the way we see ourselves and may, at times, stifle personal growth, hope and healing. Sarah believes that discovering purpose and experiencing meaningful connection can be powerful pathways toward healing and lasting change.

Sarah considers it an honor to support clients on their healing journey. With compassion and insight, she helps individuals uncover unhealthy core beliefs and behavior patterns, strengthen their sense of self-worth, and create healthy boundaries that foster greater love and connection with themselves and others.

One of Sarah’s favorite quotes by C.S. Lewis is: “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” I believe that wherever you are today can be a starting point for something more, better, or different.
