Sara is a graduate from Denver Seminary with her Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. She values holding people’s stories of trauma, loss and heartache with honor and dignity. Integrating faith and spiritual development in the counseling journey is also something she is passionate about. Sara enjoys working with women and couples. Sara is also trained in Splankna and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
