Philosophy

Paul believes everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Paul strives to offer a safe place to share, reflect, and find the hope and restoration his clients are seeking. He loves to listen and learn, providing empathy and compassion for those he serves.

Approach

Paul’s approach is to provide a caring and empathic environment with true, authentic connection. He believes God has placed us all here for multiple purposes, and he loves helping his clients discover theirs. He uses his 20+ years’ experience in youth mentoring and parenting to fully get to know and understand his clients and everything they have been through. Paul approaches every session with an open mind and is honored to help his clients navigate through life. He leverages his 20+ years in engineering to help solve complex problems with his clients. Paul also has a wide breadth of experience with youth, older adults with dementia, grief/loss and trauma, providing him the resources to aid his clients with everything life throws their way. Paul has written two novels and believes we are all authors of our own lives.
