Couples & Marriage Therapy
Together, we provide co-therapy sessions for couples based on Gottman Method principles, helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust and foster emotional connection. We also use Emotionally Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy, offering Biblical concepts and grounding to couples seeking to integrate their faith. We seek to offer a warm, down-to-earth counseling experience for individuals and couples who want honest help and real change.
For couples walking through the pain of betrayal or addiction, we offer a gentle, step-by-step disclosure process that makes room for honesty, safety, and emotional support along the way. This focused work around sex addiction and betrayal trauma helps partners stay grounded, feel heard, and begin rebuilding trust together.
As pastors in Chicago, IL for many years, we provided relational and spiritual care to families and individuals from various backgrounds.
